This is the Owens River from the spectacular flight I took from Mammoth - Reno - Seattle

When I arrived in Seattle, Sean and I went to dinner at a really great noodle restaurant in Capitol Hill called, "Boom" and then afterwards, went to Dillatante's for some delectable chocolate (sean did, I had bread pudding), but that Chocolate Ginger Martini was really hard to not steal for myself.
The cherry blossoms were in full bloom.

Got to meet up with my friend Jenny Pope from massage therapy school...almost 10 years ago since we have seen eachother!! She is the next, Janis Joplin!!
And this is Jim Waters whom I worked with at Palmer Station in Antarctica back in 2003/4. Sean, Jim and I had an incredible Indian dinner at Cedar's in the U District. So great to see you Jim!
And this is what I bought myself...so great to be in a city!
Oh that stack of Lamb's Pride sure got my heart rate up!! Yummy, yummy! Can't beat the combination of new knitting book and new Lamb's Pride. It's like ice cream and hot fudge!
ReplyDeleteYou said it sister! I had to go back to the yarn store twice!!
