Finally!

As most of you know....I hurt my ankle back on July 29th, well five months to the day, I had surgery today.  It was a talar dome fracture to my left ankle.  I am soooo happy I had it done at Mammoth Hospital where I know everyone and trust them.  Anyways, I can't help but reflect while I sit here in my Percocet haze (not really), how awesome everyone has been who has been able to help me out.  For the last month, I spent a lot of time down in Orange County so my parents could take care of me.  They went above and beyond.  Were they preparing me for something?? Anyways, here are some pictures of things I did while I was down south.

  1. Stacie,
You write well in a Percocet haze! We are all opening our homes and hearts to you if you would like to come down South to recover the next two months. Dad said they want you off your clutch, so if you want to trade cars, I will be happy to help you out. I will for sure need a knee replacement after driving with a clutch for 2 months, but then you can trade cars with me again! Love, Me

  2. Stacie, I didn't know you had been staying in Orange County. I love your blogs but so sorry to hear you had to have surgery after all the previous misery ....yet it never seemed to affect your social life and picturesque journeys. How can you leave Mammoth for Orange County .... we only had two inches snow but it was the most beautiful snow we've had in years .... stuck to every tiny branch. Gone now! Take advantage of your mom's invite and be the queen for awhile! she needs you! Mil
