from here on out. I have missed blogging. Been on some cool hikes,
but it's obviously time to pick up my camera and share....
First off, I had a revelation that Christmas is a mere 2.75 months away.
I have started a little Christmas experiment...
I am going to make my own vanilla extract. I love to bake and
real vanilla is oh so expensive, so I decided to make my own.
The pricey part of this is the bean itself, so I did some parusing
and found this cool website for everything vanilla
And here is the recipe I used...
Two days ago, I was listening to the local radio station and they
were talking about a mother/daughter team who just finished the
PCT. For those of you who don't know what this is...Mexico
to Canada and everything in between...oh yeah, the daughter on this
trek....9 years old! Here is their blogsite!
Alright, I have been hiking some...enjoy the following pics!
