EBT

This past weekend, I spent three days at an EBT retreat (Emotional Brain Training) and it exceeded my expectations....check out website for more info.  The founder, Laurel, has offered an "intro" for free, normally $79.  It is pretty fascinating.  



















On the way to the retreat, which was in June Lake at the Double Eagle Resort and Spa, I saw these guys the second day....look how little the butt is on the far left!! 










And the retreat ended with this....amazing weekend

    Go on an ACTS retreat, Stacey .....great Fellowship & cleansing. You need to look into turning these pictures into cash .....Fabulous!

    The retreat in June Lake was awesome. Beautiful setting, thanks for the great pictures. I am really excited to move forward with my EBT work. I feel more connected to myself then ever before.
