Moss Beach, San Francisco, Petaluma, Mission Viejo

Since I'm stiilllll recovering, I decided to take a trip to the West Side of the
Sierra and visit some great friends!  I had a great time, thanks to all.
Patty (college roommate) & Dean in Moss Beach, CA with her new SOCKS!

I know, hard to believe she is not a professional model!

Kate and Patty...I HAVE to make the hat Kate is wearing.  We went on an
evening walk (I was on my scooter)

Their local sunset in Moss Beach

Yeah, the view from their front door, seriously!

Lilly looooved my scooter!
Then I headed up to San Francisco and visited the Palace of Fine Arts with my cousin's boyfriend, Bill
These ladies were created by Elric Ullerhusen to express melancholy and sadness if life
were without art.  The seagull was probably there to console the lady.
Bill checking out one of the swans at the palace.

Headed to Sausalito to check out some of the houseboats!

I want one!

So cute!

San Francisco from Sausalito, I could live here too.

From the Marin Headlands Drive

Alcatraz

From Fort Point

Bill and Laurie, my cousin, were my wonderful SF host's.  Thank you!

Then, I headed up to Petaluma to visit Amy, she was making Valentines cupcakes for Emma's 2nd grade class.  Avery was showing A LOT of interest!
Martha Stewart would be proud...

On the other hand, Bear wasn't too interested in cupcakes

Made with love by Martha, I mean AMY!!!

Avery and one great dog, Bear Bones!

Amy and Bailey decided to take me on a tour of the Russian River and the coast near Point Reyes, beautiful!

Russian River

I think Bear got the most out of this field trip!

Emma!

Such a cute area of Northern California I had never seen! Thanks for the tour you guys.

Russian River community, I could hang here

Out to the beautiful coast

Calfiornia has so much to offer!

Cynthia and Mike picked me up from the airport in Long Beach (well, Cynthia did, Mike was playing his favorite game...golf).  We then headed down to Laguna Beach.  Mike wanted to portray what it's like living in Arkansas

Good thing they didn't have children!

Awwww, there they are!

Awww, sweet baby james! Helping to celebrate Teri's birthday

Teri and her great new handmade scarf!!

My nephew John having a good laugh!
