July Fun!

This past weekend was Mammoth's 22nd Annual Jazz Jubilee, by far one of the best, most organized festivals I have been to here.  Here are Yve Evans and Tom Hook on their dueling pianos.

My cousin, Michael Sallwasser, and his son, Matthew McHale, are doing the John Muir Trail (222 miles).  I resupplied them in Red's Meadow yesterday, so great to see them!  They were 5 days into it.

My friend Maureen (nursing school buddy), and her family (Ryan - husband, and kids Adam and Justin), decided to spend their summer vacation in Mammoth.

Also went up to the Fireman's Canoe Race at Horscshoe Lake and got to use Cheryl's paddleboard.  Dutch was such a good paddleboard partner!  Julie, aren't you proud?
