Happy Birthday Charlie

It has been a year (and one day) since my parents (my mom)
decided to adopt Charlie.  This morning my mom said the
magic words to warm my heart..."He has been a blessing".
He is personality plus, a best friend to my dad, and total
entertainment for my mom.  Happy Birthday Charlie!
